Cargill Asst Project Manager in Bathinda, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Assistant Project Manager, will help design, communicate and implement an operational plan to complete an engineering based project. In this role, you will help monitor progress and performance of the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems to minimize delays.

Key Accountabilities

  • Preparation of project deliverables as per project phase as design, detailed engineering, execution in stream of civil, architecture and MEP.

  • Evaluation of technical bids, query resolution with bidders.

  • Help monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

  • Ensure project results meet requirements in regards to technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Help plan, monitor and lead internal projects from initiation through completion.

  • Regularly help measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan.

  • Handle project issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate function.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical with 8 years of experience in Projects

  • Should have good exposer in greenfield projects from Process Induetries

  • Hands-on Experience On Plant Equipment and Machinery - Mixer, Storage Bins, Conveyors

  • Good Exposure in Civil Projects, AUTO CAD, Civil Infrastructure, MEP, Erection, Commissioning, Installation of Plant.
