Cargill Assistant Technical Service Manager in Bangkok, Thailand
Job Purpose and Impact
To create the new customers and sustain the current ones through the effective management of animal health and farm management on our customers’ farm/operations.
To provide Animal Health’s services and support team to achieve more customers’ satisfaction and competitive in market.
To collaborate team as linkage with feed additives/antibiotics suppliers to provide distinctive value in animal health to serve all our customers.
To help our team develop new stronger first-class sale represent commercial team through basic management, feeding program management, marketing materials/tool and health management to achieve more business growth.
To be as a company’s veterinarian for all issues that relate to proper antibiotic use, legal, custom feeds, and standard farm.
Key Accountabilities
Effectively on providing his/her vet knowledge & skill to turn to be benefit for our customers and company’s business.
To ensure for more customers’ satisfaction through his/her animal health services and support to team.
To work with all feed additives/drugs suppliers to make sure for our fully utilization of all Cargill Health Alliance team.
To study and recommend for all new feed additives/drugs.
To provide customer solution through his/her vet ability to help company to handle for all customer complaints in related area of vet/animal health.
To be as a consultant for all of company’s customers who want to apply for farm standard with comply to the law.
To assist for all creating of marketing tool & materials.
Legal: Comply with the Livestock regulation and Aqua regulation.
Environment:
Market forces which drive the requirements of customers in related to this area of animal health concerned.
The changes of laws, regulations by government which require the compliance to food safety, good manufacturing practice, environment, etc.
The complexity of diseases and animal health’s challenged /concerned.
New technologies: Country/Regional’s law and regulation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and Above of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) or Doctor of Veterinary Science (D.V.S.)
Holding license for Vet Treatment Animal Disease First Class from Vet Council.
Holding license for Vet Control Swine Standard Farm from Department of Livestock DLD.
Has experience of working in Swine business or farm at least 1 year not over 3 years.
Welcomes for fresh graduated who has swine research project.
Holding car driving license.
Effective Digital and Application user skills. (Swine farm digital ; MorMoo , PigLive, etc.)
Good English communication both written and spoken.
Can working travel all Thailand area.
