Position Purpose & Summary

Responsible for supporting the sales teams and medium/short term goals within the defined area of scope (Portfolio of Products/Services, Industry Segment & Region).

The support includes contract management, forecast & demand planning, reporting & analysis, system & data management, strategic pricing and administrative tasks. The role should establish and support tactical coordination across-multiple departments / product lines / regions.

Principal Accountabilities

25% - Forecast & demand planning

  • Support DR process by collecting & challenging demand data and preparing the DR presentation

  • Follow-up of next steps after DR meeting & coordinate with the relevant parties

  • Analysis of forecast & reporting back

  • Sharing allocation data daily for the bakery sales team

25% - Reporting & analysis

  • Contract follow up by the analyses ahead/behind

  • Reporting sales, backlogs, open contracts & to sell data monthly

  • Analysis of distributor sales & allocation to the right AM

  • Publish weekly sales reports & RFQ status

  • Adhoc analysis

25% - Strategic pricing

  • Support sales team in various parts of deal management process, including price build-up and price quoting, in order to improve sales operation effectiveness

  • Analyze and Measure the customer & product performance vs. competition/market, track the execution of agreed pricing action/s

  • Leveraging analytics tools to report various analysis and provide customer and deal-based pricing support

  • Governing the data gathered from customer visits (Competitive Intelligence Framework) and lost sales data

  • Running and maintaining customer segmentation tools as main responsible of the process

15% - Administrative tasks

  • Supporting weekly sales meetings

  • Sharing prices/offers with AMs when out of office

  • Responding to telephone when sales is out

  • Commercial budget tracking system implementation following up invoicing

10% - System & data management

  • Ensure data in the internal systems is up to date


Required Qualifications

  • Excellent technical skills: tools and systems

  • Excellent English verbally and written

  • 3 – 5 years working experience

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • High interpersonal skills

  • Commercial insight

  • Action oriented

  • Good at prioritizing and time management

  • Conflict management
