Temporary role for 10 months

Be the single point of contact for all customer service activities in Turkey countries region for FIBI product lines.

Coordinate with Sales and be in contact with plants Germany, Netherlands, France and Malaysia and support the customers on documentation, later deliveries, regulations and complaints.

  • Ensure supporting the sales teams & BU customer service teams for customer service related actions, follow through the whole process from order to cash (starting from contracts booking till payment) 50%

  • Streamline the fast and accurate information flow between customer and the BU’s related customer service & contract support teams 10%

  • Follow up laws and procedures, act as a key contact for customs and other legal offices to make sure everything is compliant. 10%

  • Act as a key contact for customers to solve problems

  • Ensure that forecasts are updated every month and prepare the necessary reporting in a timely manner. This will be mostly in support and collaboration with the Sales team. 10%

  • Constantly looking for better and effective solutions to maximize customer satisfaction 10%


Minimum Required

  • University Degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics

  • Provided quality support for all office staff including heavy telephone support and customers contact

  • Performed extensive quality checks to ensure proper information from origin to destination and opposite

  • Provided extensive customers follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction and gain repeat business

  • Efficient in Ms Office Applications

  • Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Open minded, challenge status quo

  • Self-starter, self-motivator

  • Good analytical skill


  • French fluency

  • Multinational company experience

  • Familiar with import/export admin process: sales support , documentation, regulation issues ,…..
