Principal Accountabilities
Transports equipment needed
Prepares operation by performing rework checks
Accurately records rack and weight information on rack tickets and assure a ticket on each rack in numerical order
Ensures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications
Complete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the job. Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer. All food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, weights are in the acceptable range
Assist on the production floor where needed
Comply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
Individual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and Procedures; Individual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management
Ability to lift 20+ pounds all day long
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
Willingness to complete procedural training for this position in the Stuffing Department
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Strong Computer knowledge and skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Must be Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be attentive to details to follow set schedules and directions

Previous food manufacturing experience
Production experience
Mechanical Aptitude
Computer Knowledge and Skills
Work History in the last 12 months
