Job Purpose and Impact

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the graphic support of the department. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement the creative and innovative ideas that meet specific customer need and contribute to the design of the Leman collections & customized B2B projects or concepts from A to Z.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply strong conception to translate the concepts into perfect design and print-ready files.

  • Solicit, collect, organize and translate a briefing into a graphic concept, and maintain photo database to ensure it is always fully up-to-date.

  • Independently photograph new products and edit photos in Photoshop.

  • Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees.

  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design or you are a natural with the necessary work experience

  • Visual design, typography and branding make your day

  • You and Adobe high level knowledge & experience are 2 hands on deck and you get on well with MS office

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, a bit of French is a bonus

  • Deadlines ensure you give your best

  • You are a team player with a positive mindset

  • You are resourceful and think solution- and customer-oriented

  • 3D knowledge is a plus. Or you are willing to learn this.

  • You like chocolate
