Cargill Process Specialist - T&E Concur Deployment and ERP Migrations in Bengaluru, India
Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who has prior experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) Concur Deployment . The successful candidate will be responsible supporting the global Concur deployment and supporting operations and ensuring compliance with global policies and standards.
Key Accountabilities
In depth understanding in SAP concur expenses
Actively be part of functional and business requirements for concur implementation
play a key role in the implementation of Concur, including system configuration, user training, and change management.
Resolution of queries raised by team members and work closely with project team /IT team for resolution
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Experience in report building using cognos reporting tool
Collect, analyze, and compile data related to expense reporting and in particular to Concur tool
Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize expense reporting processes.
Stay updated on global policies, regulations, and best practices related to expense reporting and Concur.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful Concur deployment across the organization.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Concur-related issues.
Provide guidance and training to new team members on concur tool and
Participate in hypercare support,post Go live activities and resolve issues within defined SLA
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with T&E experience
6+ years experience in SAP Concur
SAP Concur certification is added advantage
Eligibility
Good Communication skills
Indepth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense
Ability to lead end to end concur implementation , testing and support project
Should have experience in at least 1 end to end implementation.
